VERDICCHIO DEI CASTELLI DI JESI DOC CLASSICO

Wine made from the harvest of Verdicchio grapes. Straw yellow color with greenish highlights, scents reminiscent of fresh flowers and white fruits. The taste is fresh, dry and with the characteristic slightly bitter finish, typical of the Verdicchio.

Type of cultivation: vertical trellis

Yield per hectare: 120/130 q

Soil: medium-textured

Harvest: by hand in small cases

Winemaking: grapes are crushed and soft pressed, fermentation at controlled temperature of 18/20°C

Aging: in stainless steel for 6 months followed by bottle aging

Food pairings: excellent as aperitif, raw fish, fish fry, and shellfish.

Enjoy with first course such as pasta with white sauce. Pairs well with white meat. Vegetarian food
